    Being in a highly competitive sports apparel industry, client wanted to improve their conversions. We were hired to increase their conversions. Client was spending quite a bit of money on a monthly basis. Sports Fan Fare’s bounce rates was quite high and they needed HELP.

    Solution

    The first thing we did is integrated HotJar to their site. We monitored all the activity on their site. We came up with three scenarios for A/B Testing. Implemented each scenario one after other. Tracked the results with Google Analytics and updated the changes accordingly. In less than 2 months were were able to decrease their bounce rate and increase their conversion.
