The Email and Social Media Marketing Associate is responsible for managing the company’s email and social media campaigns and communicating company. • Build, maintain and execute a social media content as well as an email marketing calendar
• Lead, communicate and maintain the digital content strategy and execute on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram in coordination with overall marketing and social media calendars.
• Monitor social channels, engage and respond to social conversations (mentions on social feeds, direct messaging, customer service comments, emails etc.) in real-time

• Responsible for email marketing campaigns; including scheduling, creating, proofing, testing, and QA of email campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution of links, content and targeted assets.
• Validate and test email functionality and appearance across browsers and platforms
• Develop and compile weekly and monthly reports for tracking performance
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed
• Stay up to date on best practices and new social media tools to position as an early adopter
• Conduct competitive analysis and inform of any news or trends in the digital industry

Skills & Abilities
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring tools
• At least 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or web management
• Ability to build and leverage a network of peers and partners
• Must be a proficient writer
• Any experience with Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a huge plus

Job Description:

ioVista is currently looking for a self-motivated, hardworking team player to support our team. Responsibilities:

  • Help define and standardize the New Business process

  • Play an essential role in revenue generation for the company by bringing New Business into the agency

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an agency or inside sales role preferably in the eCommerce industry
  • Proven track record of qualifying sales leads, developing prospective lists, providing impeccable customer service, responding promptly to inquiries identifying targets, cold-calling, and working well as part of a team
  • Consultative sales approach and solution prospecting/selling expertise
  • Highly organized and eager self-starter who is results-oriented
  • Able to handle objections and rejections without hesitation
  • Desire to learn new technology and gain technical/product knowledge through trainings and seminars
