e-Commerce Business Development / Sales Executive – Dallas, TX

ioVista is currently looking for anexperienced sales/business development professional to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth for ioVista through the selling of services across our e-Commerce Solutions & Digital Marketing to medium sized businesses to large corporations. We are looking for a highly skilled & digital savvy sales person who can assess the needs of a potential client and provide them with a solution that will best fit their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out and pitch New Business
  • Play an essential role in revenue generation for the company by bringing New Business into the agency
  • Manage and maintain ioVista CRM to the fullest to generate weekly reports: lead report, pipeline, ad hoc, etc.
  • Follow up with leads appropriately to check in and gather necessary information
  • Research potential opportunities and gather insights for the selling process
  • Cold-call specific key customer segments to generate new qualified leads and set up appointment
  • Responsible for closing the sale and delivering all paperwork to the management
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales with clients
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients via telephone calls, emails and meetings
  • Provide periodically sales plan and reports to manager
  • Gain a clear understanding of clients` businesses and their project requirements
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing clients with estimates and proposals
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a web/ecommerce agency.
  • Proven track record of qualifying sales leads, developing prospective lists, providing impeccable customer service, responding promptly to inquiries identifying targets, cold-calling, and working well as part of a team
  • Consultative sales approach and solution prospecting/selling expertise
  • Highly organized and eager self-starter who is results-oriented
  • Able to handle objections and rejections without hesitation
  • Desire to learn new technology and gain technical/product knowledge through trainings and seminars
  • Proficiency in interactive design/e-commerce processes & tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience handling client contacts
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Magento, BigCommerce, Yahoo Store or WordPress a big plus.
